Patio Lift and Stabilization

This patio in Grand Junction, CO. was sinking severely on the outside edge.  Since it has a shed built on it that is attached to the house, the owner feared it would start to pull away from the house.  Defender Concrete Solutions was able to lift and stabilize the supporting patio and seal the cracks and joints.  We also filled voids under the driveway and sealed joints.
