Front Porch Sinking
Pictures do not really do the job justice that Defender Concrete Solutions recently completed in Silt, CO. This porch and walkway had sank in the middle causing pooling and the risk of further damage. Defender lifted the front step and then the walkway using PolyLevel. This will eliminate the pooling and stabilize the front entry while greatly enhancing the appeal of the house. The walkway was also supported and trip hazards eliminated with zero disruption to the family.
Uneven Driveway
The customer called Defender Concrete to see if he could save the driveway without replacing. As you can see, it was severely sank with cracks. We were able to repair at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Sinking Shop
Defender Concrete Solutions was able to help a customer in Crawford Colorado with a detached shop that had sank around the perimeter. This had caused issues inside the shop, creating an un-level floor and gaps under the baseboards. This particular shop was a free floating slab inside a footer.
Defender was able to inject PolyLevel and raise the slabs back up as you can see in the pictures. Most importantly, this gave the customer peace of mind that the slab is now stabilized and will not continue to get worse.

Defender Concrete Lifted and Stabilized multiple trip hazards for this commercial property in Delta, CO. We were also able to lift areas to get drainage away from the building as originally intended.
Stabilizing a portico, Rifle Colorado
The front part of this portico in Rifle Colorado had sank. The support beams were actually loose and could be easily moved. This was compromising the roof above and actually pulling away from the house. In the before picture you can notice how far from the edge of the slab the support beam is compared to the after picture. Defender Concrete Solutions was able to stabilize and lift the supporting slab using PolyLevel, a super strong foam that compacts the soil below as it lifts. During this process the beam was moved back into its original place and became very stable, supporting the roof above.
