Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

The before and after photos depict the results of Polylevel foam to lift and stabilize a sunken slab.  This particular slab was in Loma Colorado.  The customer knew if they didn't take action the concrete would continue to sink and lead to cracking.  If the damage persisted it would have cost the customer thousands more to tear out and replace the concrete.

After the concrete was lifted and the subsurface stabilized with the light weight but super strong foam, the joints were sealed to prevent moisture from entering above.  This job was completed in one day, lifting multiple areas around the house.

This project was in New Castle, CO.  The patio had voids underneath and was sinking.  The walkways were also lifted and stabilized.  The joints were sealed with NexusPro to eliminate water penetration.

The before and after photos are taken on a project that Defender Concrete Solutions completed in Clifton, Colorado.  The pictures are a small sample of the areas that were repaired spanning across a multi unit complex.
