The front step had sank 3/4 to 1" on the left side. If you look closely at the before picture under the threshold and then look at the after you can see a dramatic improvement. The walkway was also lifted with PolyLevel and sealed with NexusePro. The large crack in the walkway had a severe trip hazard that we were able to level out. The entire surface underneath was stabilized and will hold up for a long time.
This walkway had sank to one side and was very uneven. Defender Concrete Solutions was able to lift and stabilize the walkway with PolyLevel. The joints were then sealed.
This job was done in Delta Colorado. The slab and entry way was very uneven and had multiple trip hazards. There were multiple areas on this property that we were able to remedy in one day for them. The cost of this was extremely lower than what they would have paid to replace all perfectly good concrete. Defender Concrete Solutions is proud of the fact that we can do this to eliminate more waste going into landfills. We prevented multiple yards of concrete from being dumped and disposed of.
This is a project on a home in Montrose Colorado. The job was completed by using PolyLevel foam to lift and stabilize. NexusPro, a flexible - UV resistant Joint sealer was used to seal the joints. This was done at a fraction of the cost to replace the areas, and limit waste going into a landfill.
A customer in Montrose Colorado called Defender Concrete Solutions to see if we could do something with his patio. The patio had sank significantly, caused trip hazards and drainage issues. The customer was trying to avoid full replacement. In one day, Defender Concrete was able to produce the results in the before and after pictures. Not only did we end up with a beautiful finish, but the soil underneath was re-compacted and stabilized.
